Our Executive Team

Matt
Matt Brudzynski is an experienced technologist and a serial entrepreneur with over 19 years’ experience bringing various types of software and products to life. In addition to his software and consulting business, in 2013 Matt developed a mobile version of MULE – a game that is considered one of the most influential games of all time. Matt resides in Toronto with deep connections in Canadian corporate enterprise.

Geoff
With a history of documentary work, instruction, esports competition, gaming news coverage, and event management, Geoffrey Lachapelle has experienced video gaming from all angles. Geoff has worked on gaming and media projects with the CBC, Cineplex, VICE, and others. Geoff also lectures at Humber College in the Game Programming curriculum.

Wayne
Wayne Jourdie is the Executive Advisor for Education. He is the recently retired Executive Director of the Public Council of Ontario
Directors of Education and an Executive Consultant specializing in the K-12 Education sector. He has a history of promoting high levels of student achievement while promoting safety and well-being for students and staff. Wayne held a number of senior executive positions in the K12 and post-secondary education sectors including positions of Director and Superintendent across a number of school boards.

Gareth
Dr. Gareth Doherty is an expert in translating insights from psychological science into mental skills programs that support elite performance and personal well-being. With over 20 years experience, he is passionate about building programs to develop the next generation of leaders who can thrive in a dynamic, challenging and complex world. Gareth is currently the president and lead consultant at Think/Able Solutions Inc.

Peter
Dr. Peter Kuling works tirelessly to integrate performance theory and theatre training into video gaming at all levels from casual play to live streaming. He has built a fully realized gaming lab for the University of Ottawa and now integrates media and gaming experiences into academic programs at the University of Guelph. He also has tons of multimedia production experience working with broadcasters and game studios all across North America.

Caitlin
Dr. Caitlin McGee is a physical therapist with four years’ experience working with casual and competitive gamers. She specializes in health and wellness programming, ergonomics, and gaming injury prevention and treatment. In addition to her work as a physical therapist, she brings her experience as a former soccer coach for children ages 8-16, as a personal trainer, and as an avid gamer.

Dave
With over a decade of experience in esports Dave Throop is one of the leading experts in the space. He competed semi professionally, worked on professional broadcasts and has an extensive history of writing gaming guides, coaching and other educational content within esports. He currently writes for a variety of esports publications, including World Gaming, as a content creator, hosts his own podcast and works as an advisor for esports startups.
